We both came up with the idea before the pandemic lockdown and said we wanted to make something of our own and start something new and make a better future and work for ourself as we both believed that doing your own business is more rewarding and satisfying and working for yourself sounded so much better. So our initial idea was to set a up a street food stall in the different markets which was set up to go ahead in 2019, but then the world was hit with Covid so we pulled out and continued with our jobs for the next 2 years. We had eventually not thought about doing anything but again something or someone above wanted us to do something. It was advise from a restaurant owner that moved our business idea from street food stall to catering and he explained the pros and cons. So it finally came in December 2022 where Swaad Punjab Da was finally registered as a limited catering company. From this point we had the help of family and friends to get where we are today and some very special clients who have helped us get to a point where we are known in the industry.
